I’m Juliette Kuonen – 33 years old, born and raised in Zermatt, where the mountains have always been my playground and my inspiration. After more than 10 years in hospitality and event management, my journey has taken me from organizing international events in Lausanne to creating unique experiences in Barcelona – but Zermatt has always been my true home.
For the past six years, I’ve worked as General Manager of a boutique hotel in Zermatt, leading teams, managing budgets, and curating unforgettable guest experiences. That role sharpened my eye for detail, my organizational skills, and my ability to deliver luxury service at the highest level.
I’m open-minded, sporty, and spontaneous – a skier in winter, a golfer in summer, and always happiest outdoors in nature. That same energy and passion flow into the events I design: vibrant, personal, and full of life.
At the same time, I bring the precision and professionalism of a seasoned hotelier and event manager. From VIP corporate conventions to intimate weddings, I know how to combine flawless planning with a warm, personal touch.
